Check-in Hours

Check-in desk will be open during both days (Training and Conference) on the Lower Level, this can be accessed by the main entrance. There will be plenty of signage outside the venue.

Monday, April 9, Training Day:
Check-in hours are 8:30am – 9:30am

Tuesday, April 10, Conference Day:
Check-in hours are 8:00am – 9:00am

How do I register?

Please bring a printout or a mobile version of your ticket with the QR-code. We will scan your code, and you will receive your conference badge.

Your Flink Forward Badge

If you registered on Monday, Training Day, please keep your badge for both days! There will be no additional badge given on Conference Day.

Dress code

There is no particular dress code at Flink Forward San Francisco. Simply be yourself and wear the clothes you feel comfortable in.

Sponsor Area

Make sure to stop by the Sponsor Area (Upper Floor) to get to know the companies sponsoring Flink Forward San Francisco, have a conversation with the representatives and learn about their latest developments.

Flink Fest

We invite you to celebrate the conference on Tuesday, April 10, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Join us for some food, drinks, interesting conversations & inspiring discussions at The Village, Upper Floor.

Training Preparation

To make sure everyone gets the most out their time during the Training Day, we kindly ask our participants to prepare beforehand. Please review the instructions a few days before and make sure you have everything prepared. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via training[at]flink-forward[dot]org.

Wireless Internet Access

There will be WiFi available throughout the entire venue on both days. You can find the name and the password of the network on your badge.

Please have consideration for your fellow attendees and abstain from downloading large files, whilst on the conference network. If you need any assistance getting online, please visit the check-in desk on the Lower Floor for help.

Speaker Slides and Video Recordings

We’ll be posting the presentation slides of the Flink Forward San Francisco speakers as we receive them. Follow our Twitter @dataArtisans to get notified when the slides and videos are online.

Please note that some speakers might not agree to make their slides or videos available online.

Photography and Video

Our photographer will be capturing the Flink Forward San Francisco moments on both days. The photos will be posted on the data Artisans Flickr account. If you have any concerns about being on the photos, we encourage you to speak directly to the photographer.
